Return Policy

At Compuparts Solutions, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Return Period: Customers may return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Condition of Items: We accept returns for defective and non-defective new and used items. All returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition as they were received, including the original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  3. Warranty Label: Each item has a warranty label with a unique number. This label must remain intact and cannot be removed, as doing so will void the warranty and subject the return to denial.

  4. Return Number: Prior to returning or exchanging any item, customers must request a Return Number from our customer service team. This number must be included with the return to ensure proper processing.

  5. Return Shipping: Return shipping is free of charge for our customers.

  6. Method of Return: We only accept returns by mail. Items returned in-store or via other methods will not be processed.

  7. Credit and Exchange Processing Time: Once the returned item is received, please allow approximately 3-5 business days for the credit to be processed or for the exchanged item to be shipped.

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns or exchanges.
