Method to Fix your laptop.
1. Pack Your laptop with Ac Adapter we will Provide a UPS return label so you can use it and ship your laptop
2. Wrap the laptop, Allow at least a 2" gap, which should be filled by packing popcorn, bubble wrap or paper, between the laptop and the box...
3. Attach a memo of your contact information including the repair service provided by us and your phone number and address with the motherboard or laptop and if known state briefly the failure
4. Right after we receive your laptop, it will take 1-3 business days to find the problem on the machine and to know if is fixable or not, you can call us or email us after 3 days to find out the final status, we are always available from 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM eastern time, Monday - Friday, you can email us at info@compupartsolutions.com for the status Or call us at 305-256-5646
FAQ:
Q. May I keep my hard drive?
A. Yes. We understand that data is confidential and valuable to you. We have the standard hard drive to test your computer. We don't touch your data; however, you have the choice not to send the hard drive with the computer.
Q. What if I need an additional Replacement Part, Screen, Motherboard etc?
A. We Will notify you with the additional parts you need to fix your laptop, for example, if it has a broken screen or if the motherboard couldn't be repaired and we can get it and replace it.
Q. What if you can't fix my laptop?
A. Some computers are damage to the circuit level which is beyond the repair. We will send the computer back to you. You will pay only the Ship label provided and Return Label a Total of $25 on Shipping will be deducted out of your payment
Q. How long does it take?
A. The turnaround time is 1-3 days. Same day services for power jack or Screen Replacements
