01   Overview

We accept returns for any reason

At Compuparts Solutions, we understand that sourcing the right part isn't always straightforward. You may have ordered the wrong part, the part may not have resolved your issue, or you may simply no longer need it. We accept all returns — no questions asked — as long as the conditions below are met.

All returns must be requested and authorized before shipping the item back to us. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender at the customer's expense.

What you get — and when

Your return outcome depends on when you initiate the return relative to your purchase date.

Days 0 – 30
✓ Full Refund
Return within the first 30 days and receive a complete refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Days 31 – 90
↺ Replacement
Returns between days 31 and 90 are eligible for a direct replacement with the same part or an equivalent. We will ship the replacement once the returned item has been received and inspected.

* Return window is calculated from the original purchase date shown on your invoice. Parts returned after 90 days from purchase will not be accepted.

03   Return eligibility

Conditions for an accepted return

To qualify for a return, all of the following must apply:

  • Returned within 90 days of the original purchase date shown on your invoice.
  • Original serial label is intact and unaltered. Every part shipped by Compuparts Solutions carries a tamper-evident serial label. This label must be present and undamaged on return.
  • Part is in original, unmodified condition — unused or tested only, with no physical alterations, burns, bent pins, or modifications of any kind.
  • No physical abuse or damage. Parts showing signs of impact, drops, liquid exposure, or forced installation will not be accepted.
  • Original packaging included — returned in the same packaging materials it was received in, including any anti-static bags, foam inserts, or protective wrapping.
  • RMA number obtained prior to shipping. A Return Merchandise Authorization number must be included with the package.
About our serial label: Each part ships with a tamper-evident "VOID IF REMOVED" serial label applied by Compuparts Solutions. Removing, tampering with, or obscuring this label immediately voids eligibility for return, refund, or warranty claim — regardless of the reason for return.
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
  • The serial label has been removed, tampered with, or shows signs of attempted removal
  • The part shows physical abuse — cracks, bends, burns, liquid damage, or forced-installation marks
  • The part has been modified, soldered, or altered in any way
  • More than 90 days have passed since the purchase date
  • No RMA number was obtained before shipping
  • The item is received without its original packaging materials

Who covers the shipping cost?

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return.

If the part was defective on arrival or failed under normal use within the warranty period, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Customer covers shipping
If the return is due to ordering the wrong part, the part not fixing the problem, or the part simply not being needed, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend shipping all returns with a trackable carrier. Compuparts Solutions is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit on customer-arranged return shipments.

Request your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Contact us to request an RMA number before sending anything back. You can reach us by:

Please include your order number, the part number, and the reason for return in your request. We will respond within 1 business day with your RMA number and return instructions.

Pack the item in its original packaging
Place the part back in the exact same packaging materials it was shipped in — including anti-static bags, foam inserts, bubble wrap, and the original outer box. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Ship to our warehouse
Send the package to our Doral, FL warehouse address shown below. Use a trackable shipping service and retain your tracking number. If we provided a prepaid label, use that label only.

We inspect and process your return
Once we receive the item, we inspect it within 2 business days. If it meets all return conditions, we process your refund or ship your replacement immediately. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
Important — packaging requirement: All returned items must be packed in the same materials they were received in. Electronic components are sensitive and must be protected against static and physical shock during transit. Items received without proper packaging that arrive damaged may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
