Order processing time

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Carrier delays: Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit times are estimates and not guaranteed (except UPS and FedEx guaranteed services). Compuparts Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by weather, peak seasons, or other events outside our control.

Shipping FAQ

Is free shipping really on every order? +
Yes — USPS Ground Advantage is included at no charge on every US domestic order regardless of the order amount. There is no minimum and no coupon needed. It is pre-selected at checkout automatically. You can upgrade to a faster paid option at any time before completing your purchase.
When will my order ship? +
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Can I change my shipping method after placing an order? +
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 305-219-1563 or by phone at 305-256-5646 and we will do our best to accommodate a change. Once the order has shipped, the carrier method cannot be changed.
Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses? +
Yes — USPS Ground Advantage and USPS First-Class Mail can be delivered to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Select a USPS option at checkout if your address is a PO Box or military address.
My tracking isn’t updating. What do I do? +
It can take 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking to show updates in the carrier’s system. If after 48 hours your tracking still shows no movement, contact us at info@compupartsolutions.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
I’m an international buyer. How do I order? +
International buyers have two options: (1) If you have a US freight forwarder, enter their US address at checkout and choose any available shipping option; or (2) Contact us before ordering with your item list and destination for a door-to-door quote. Who pays customs and import duties? +
All import duties, customs fees, VAT, and taxes charged by the destination country’s customs authority are the responsibility of the buyer. These are not included in our product prices or shipping quotes and are collected by local customs upon arrival.
What if my package arrives damaged? +
If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening, note the damage with the carrier at time of delivery, and contact us at info@compupartsolutions.com within 48 hours. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
